Ms. Deanna Daugherty is responsible for dissemination, collection, and validation of various data sets and technical requests and serves as the connector between school district representatives, teachers, researchers, and software developers. She is responsible for all in-house Information Technology and telecommunication functions. She currently works on the Education Consortium for the Advancement of STEM in Egypt (ECASE) and the Instability in Education Systems, Randomized Controlled Trials, and Children’s Achievement (NSF PRIME grant).In addition, she is responsible for training and support of the PARLO Tracker system as well as project management of future enhancements. Previously, she served as the project manager for the production, distribution, collection and processing of 36 different versions of tests administered to over of 90,000 students for the 21st Century Center for Research and Development in Cognition and Science Instruction (Cog Sci Center). She comes to 21PSTEM from the Math Science Partnership of Greater Philadelphia (MSPGP) where, serving as the Data Coordinator, she was responsible for data compliance with The National Science Foundation and synthesizing reports for school districts. She brings with her, prior to MSPGP, of over 16 years experience in operations, human resources and information technology management and served the Department of Defense as a Facility Security Officer.
